Terms of Service
By commissioning me you have agreed to the following terms:1. General Terms
- Please be respectful while communicating with me, I do not mind talking casually but any rude or inappropriate comments will result in cancellation.
- I have the right to decline your commission request if I do not feel comfortable with your request.
- All commissions are digital artwork, hence no physical shipment is needed.
- I may post commissioned artwork on my social media, please let me know if you do not want the artwork to be publicly posted.
- All commissioned artwork will have a watermark.
- Commissioned artwork will be finished within the timeframe of 1 week to a few months depending on the complexity of the artwork and personal reasons such as health, emergency, and or family issues.
- If any issues arise while working on the commission, you will be notified.2. Payment
- All commissions must be paid upfront before work will be started unless a payment plan has been discussed prior.
- I only accept USD as the currency payment.
- Payment is done through a PayPal invoice.
- A rush fee will be charged if you need the commission artwork done within a shorter deadline compared to how fast I can usually complete it.
- A deadline cannot be set shorter than 4 days in advance.3. Refund
- No refunds are possible after work begins unless I have failed to meet an agreed deadline or have not started on your sketch within 4 weeks after you reach out/give a reminder.4. Usage Policy
- I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights, which include but are not limited to display, advertising, printing, the artwork and artwork in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch), and more.
- I do NOT allow any of my artwork to be used for NFT or AI purposes.
- You must not claim the artwork as your own and must credit me using my social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the artwork or permanently on your websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and so on.
- You must not edit or modify the artwork in any way without prior permission from me.
- A commercial usage license for any commissioned artwork will be charged at 200% of the personal use price.
- Commercial use gives you the right to use the artwork for any commercial and or for-profit purposes such as selling merchandise, video thumbnails, social media headers, branding, and so on.Terms of service are subject to change at any point in time and without prior notice. If a commission is accepted prior to a change then the previous version of TOS will be honored for the commission unless you have been notified of the change.
